Rent Subscriptions & Rent Due

Currently, due to the various discounted rates given to vendors when you first signed your leases, based on how early you signed up, as well as the steep fees paypal is attempting to put onto the subscription generator, we cannot offer subscriptions for a discounted rent (this does NOT mean you don't get your discount), It just means you have to manually send your rent =)  Sorry for any confusion.

• However, as long as you send your payment by 5pm CST on the 1st of each month, we will honor the additional 3% rent discount. 
• Payment must be sent as a NO FEE to us or you payment in order to qualify.  
• To do this, hit SEND MONEY, enter in beindiegenius@gmail.com and then choose the PERSONAL tab, and click PAYMENT OWED.  
• Please note that we can only take paypal for payments if there is no fees to us, as this is a RENT PAYMENT.  Note that payments sent as E-CHECKS are delayed 4-5 days and may be considered late payments.  If you are sending E-Checks, please be sure to send them early.
•  Rent not paid by the 3rd at 5PM (which is close of business) will be charged a late fee (no exceptions)
• We recommend setting a reminder in your google or other automatic calendar as a reminder
• IF YOU DID NOT WORK YOUR SHIFT THIS MONTH, please include your $40 or $80 buyout with your rent or a late fee will be assessed.
