If you are a new vendor and have walls, please submit your wall fees by December 9th.
If you are a vendor that split your wall fees into 2 halves upon move in, your final half of the wall fee is due by December 9th.

Also, please note per the lease, payments to us and payments to you MUST be kept separate, we will not deduct rent or money owed from settlements we owe you, this does not work for our accounting purposes and gets very messy.
