Walls for Booth Spaces (not in regards to slatwall spaces)
We had set up so that walls would be for rent for about $12.00 monthly. However, with the help of some friends we are able to build these walls faster and more economical. Which means we can offer them for a lower one time price, rather than a monthly fee.
The walls are 4" wide and we have changed the height to 6' for security and aesthetic purposes.
You can still have shelving or other items in your space up to 8ft, the walls will just be 6'.
Most booths will have 3 walls, unless you bid/move into a corner spot. Keep this in mind during the viewing.

So here is the pricing for the walls:
5x5 - $50
10x5 - $85
10x10 - $145
(if we were to do this as planned, monthly, it would have been $12 per wall, per month, and those walls would have been 4' or 5' wide, so as you can see a 5x5 could use 3 walls per month, and a 10x10 could have used 6 walls per month, we wanted to make this more cost effective)
Every 6 months, when you renew your lease, there is a $20 wall fee, you will not pay the full price again, just the $20.
We are building walls now, so we will need to have you let us know by Thursday, if you need walls.
You will have the choice to either pay in full the wall fee, or pay half now, and half with your December Rent, as we know many of you anticipated paying it monthly.
The walls are made from OSB Board, there will be studs marked that you can drill into and hang items from.
We will do a light primer on all the walls. You are welcome to paint them any color you'd like, this is FREE, you just have to return them to white primer if / when you ever leave that space.
You MUST use paper on the floors to protect when painting.
If you want us to paint them, you have 2 options.
1. White Gloss Paint - $10/$15/$25 (5x5, 10x5, 10x10)
2. Your own color - bring to the viewing days, your paint and nappy roller and we'll paint your booth for the above fee, plus $20.
We recommend SEMI-GLOSS paint on the OSB, as their is a texture to these walls.
Please fill out this form by Thursday, letting us know about your walls. Also some other questions we have.
Take into consideration that if you choose and are awarded a corner space, it may have an additional exposed side, you will be able to see this upon viewing the spaces.

10x10 for instance, has a 10'back wall and 8' side walls, all 6' high. You can fill your booth the full 10x10, but the side walls will only come out 8', providing a more open / "shopable" feel.
